outside of ND football....I'd say sports(golf, batting cages,softball, etc), computers, networking, gaming (xbox360 full-bore NHL addict), and playing drums. playing drums is something I am extremely passionate about and look forward to be able to still do when I am an 80year old dude...Hopefully at 80, I'll still have drums and ND football

I would like to make the case for tennis...I know, sorta lame, right? But you would be amazed at how good you can get with just a few practices/games. And if hitting a baseball in h.s. on the sweet spot was nice, imagine that 20+ times on a court...it's like a drug.

And I guarantee that if you watch how to serve on youtube a few times, and practice for an hour 4 times, you will be smashing it. Skinny British dorks will be quivering.

That highly depends on what im doing. Just fun shooting I use my mossberg 500 persuader with a 28" barrel and skeet shoot. When I have the patience and want to reach out and touch something I use my savage bolt action .308. If I want to just throw lead fast at a target I use my Colt ar-15 chambered in 7.62x39. My nightstand gun is a Smith and Wesson M&P .45 with the mossberg with the 20" barrel on close by. My carry pistol is a Glock 17 with a jennings .380 as my back up. On occasion usually when im not wearing a jacket I will borough my wife's Kahr cw9 and swap out the glock. I pretty much have one for each task and enjoy using them all. Do you have any Go Irish?

Your post reminds me of a scene in Beverley Hills Cop when Eddie Murphy see's all of Billy's (Judge Reinhold) weapons......if you don't remember this, Yes I'm old.

My hobbies outside of irish football are getting drunk and coming on these boards and making NDinLA, jason, and BGIF facpalm and shake their heads in disgust...i keed.

Actually its prolly been well documented Im a super nerd. Comic books, tv shows based off comics books, manga, anime. I watch and read it all. Im actually less into sports now than i was in high school because in high school i hung out with jocks and sports guys more often than i did my nerdy friends, now I see my nerdy friends more often so im more into that stuff.

Besides that I work out a lot Ive lost 70 lbs since 2008 which for me is a miracle. I work out a lot in hopes of pursing my pro-wrestling dream (the ND football dream's boat sailed a long time ago) Im looking to start training for that again sometime at the start of next year. Since once I finish juco hell im going to give my batteries a bit of time to recharge before university (some say thats not wise but im getting burnt out and id hate to go to univeristy with my head not fully in it)

I also love watching movies I love to laugh Im a huge fan of the soup and the office. I watch all the possible pro wrestling I can get my hands on. I like to hang out with my friends by going to wrestling shows, movies, going to their house to play video games and when I get to make the long trips I like to hang out with my fiance who's the only person in the world that can rival me in a nerd contest.

other than that, i work for a living and love spending time with my wife and the lil girl.

Can't say that I play golf year round (I live in Minnesota fer Chrissakes) but until about 6 years ago I played volleyball on grass during the summer months and indoors in the winter. A medical issue has me down to playing spirited games of Bridge with thinkin' and drinkin' buds.

Bump, set and spike, Mothereffer. The first two were not a problem for me, but at 5'6" the third was a stretch. Beach/sand volleyball was never really a viable option for a shorty like me.

Keep on bending your knees and take care of your fingers and your ankles.

It was also about other sports, like Lakers basketball, Angels baseball, Barca and Spanish futbol, etc., and then coaching basketball and football and playing soccer. Now, it's all those things, but they take up way less of my time, because my new hobby/job is this little angel:

we're pretty fortunate when it comes to year round golf here in cali, as for the volleyball i still play indoor during the winter but as a short filipino boy i'm relegated to setter.

Watching the Cubs, Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, and Motorcycle racing (MotoGP/IOM).

Activities? Turkey/Deer hunting and shooting (had to put these on hold due to current restrictions in Singapore).

Now it just playing with the kids, reading, and Muay Thai.
