where is this Meyer flipping DB coach for OSU come from? Im pretty sure Meyer has a full staff and announced it like a week ago at a OSU basketball game...

Is there any concrete evidence that should give you faith? Maybe not.

No, Taver Johnson, OSU DB coach, left for Arkansas, leaving Urban scrambling. There was talk that Travaris Robinson at UF would succeed him, but I was always skeptical because Robinson and Muschamp go way back, plus it was no more than a lateral move for Robinson.

And it looks like Meyer has indeed filled that spot with someone else. Bill Sheridan.

A little pessimistic now that we know for sure that Poole's coach is staying at UF.

Noticed this on Florida boards:

Gator fans don't seem overly worried. But our coaches are closers ... it ain't over till it's over.

I might be slowly moving from cautiously skeptical to cautiously optimistic but it is still hard for me to believe though.

Also, I notice how the last post is a shot at Kelly for the Declan Sullivan incident. It's like one terrible accident happens and now every other (hate-filled) college football fan just yells, "HA! We gotcha! We won't ever let you live this down...", but everyone involved with ND already feels awful. It's pretty sad.

id have to believe he thinks highly enough of the gator staff to of informed them of a decommit. If its not done by 2night, i dont see why it would happen. Decommitting then choosing FL,ND on feb1st is 1 thing, being a FL commit and telling them b4 u fax papers to ND on NSD is another

with the recent news on AA, i gotta think the "big news" TP was referring to deals with either poole or darby. i can't think of anything else that would be "big news" that's realistic at this point. since neal's stated he'll announce after signing day that's the only thing i can think of.

I almost made the same comment but I was afraid it would get out of hand. I'll add that I really hope other coaches don't mention that incident for negative recruiting purposes because that's wrong on so many levels.

I think you are referring to what I said. Just to be clear, I don't know that any coaches do that. I just hope they don't.
