this ^. I see this as a bad sign. Obviously we haven't heard anything, and I agree that everything has happened fast so its in his best interest to slow down, but I think its a bad sign for ND. Armond now has plenty of time to get cleared or at least put in a claim with the SEC if they so choose, and Cal has plenty of time to hire a new d-line coach that may appeal to Arik. Neither are good signs for ND. Lets hope everything works out best for us!

Again, if Arik pushed back the decision he WOULD have gone to Cal by now. This helps ND if anything as they can pitch the school. Lets wait.

Just out of curiosity, didn't it say that he would take graduate classes at SC, and in order to do that does he have to enroll in a graduate program? Or can he just take graduate classes without enrolling? Because if he enrolls, wouldn't he therefore be transferring to Auburn rather than enrolling as a graduate? Sorry if this is completely wrong, that's just how I interpreted it.

if thats true then this recruitment is crazy. Not that it wasn't before this. but this is like yesterday when ESPN reported that Jim Caldwell was safe, and then 5 minutes later reported that he had actually been fired

So does Armond have to pay his was this semester @ USC for grad school? Seems unlikely that USC would continue to pay for him after trying to leave. I'd also have to think that its against NCAA rules to have a paid visit to Auburn/Notre Dame while under scholarship to another school.. Somethings just don't add up with the entire situation.
