It is amazing the stuff that you can find on-line. I was bored and was checking to see if our early enrollees were enrolled in school (which you can do with the ND online directory). I could determine that all three of our guys (Golson, Carrico, and Brindza) are enrolled.

So, I then figured .... I wonder if Ishaq Williams is enrolled anywhere. ND, no.....Syracuse, no.....PSU, crap. I'd like to start taking bets on where he is going. I'll even give odds.

It sure appears like he is already enrolled at PSU. If that is the case, it will not take long for this to on Rivals, ESPN or Scout. Hope it is not true, but sure looks legit.

I'd be shocked it that PSU listing was for a different Ishaq Williams. Who knows.

The only question I have is, did he even take a visit to PSU?? It is not listed.

I go to a Cal State and you are enrolled in the registry just for applying. ND and Cuse are both private schools (i think Cuse is) plus as an EE he must submit his nfo to all 3 schools just in case.

I think people need to relax for now

Good info. I was freaking out for a minute. Still am a bit, but not in hysterics.

And just so you know his father just did an interview in which he talked about 2 schools, neither one being state penn. But he did make one interesting comment in that he said that it seems that syracuse is willing to give is son everything on the farm to get him to play for them. And that they were pretty impressed with what syracuse showed them on his visit, but that ND also gave them alot to think about beyond football.

Everyone who applies gets a PSU email address though? Seems odd.

Folks,
Let's all refrain from criticism if this comes to fruition. I believe that Ishaq has been mature and upstanding in his recruitment. I for one, hope it is untrue as I really want him at ND. However, if wrong I wish him the best.

Yep, private. Refereed Soccer games and they are listed in our database as private. So, records will not show but he probably is on their list as well as registered.

An article this week said he had all the paperwork in for early entry into all three schools that were his finalists. That is all.

See? Relax. He may not choose ND, but nobody is going to be a silent PSU commit. Think about it. You would really want to make some noise if that was your choice and hope that you could help them win another top recruit. There are no advantages to being a silent commit at Penn State, and several disadvantages . . .

I wasn't criticizing. It's just my strong opinion that Penn St. Sucks. I hate the school and their program more than any other. It is also my opinion that Ishaq is a great young man with a very promising future ahead of him.

this means nothing, many colleges load EE info in their systems to be prepared in case the student decides to enroll since the admin offices will essentially be closed for three weeks.........

Even though it turns out ( fortunately) that there is most likely nothing to this, reps for going the extra mile.
