I have heard from someone literary ten minutes ago and jumped in here to post it. Wilfong is very close with the Kiel's and with that tweet well you know the saying. You want me to put a smoke picture up? Armstead and Wilfong have no prior history. Ill be jacked about either one.

I believe ND has a two week rule....which this year just happens to fall around signing day. It would take about that long to clear a player with a medical condition if they are serious about coming to school there....And for those who live in the state, I am sure that a in state move could be easy.

The fact Wiltfong seems to know means it's probably a midwestern kid. I don't know what other midwestern 5*s there are that have ties to ND.
