My first semester at Notre Dame was pretty stressful in a whole lot of ways. Amazing how much I felt like an old veteran looking at lost newbies when I started my sophomore year. I even "packed slower" for vacations. My entire cohort of best friends changed.

I disagree. I used to think McShay was a hack, but the past couple of drafts he has done a good job at evaluating talent. I also believe that Steve Muench and Kevin Weidl are very good at what they do and are the reason McShay is becoming more legit.
