people betting on Crist assume he has somehow learned the offense in his time away. i guess w/o rudolph he might look to spread the ball around, but i simply cannot see him grasping what kelly is trying to do.

Why not??? Let's not forget that he has just as much time in Kelly's offense as anyone else on the teams, sans Golson. Combine that with the fact that he has the most raw talent of the bunch and you don't think that maybe, just maybe, he and/or the entire ND coaching staff may have said , "Hey, Dayne. Maybe you should pick up the playbook since you won't be doing much other than rehabbing over the next several months..."?

Are you under the impression that he's not allowed to study the offense until he's able to take snaps under center again? How can 6 months of studying NOT help his situation?

I think Crist will get the nod.
Rees raised the bar at the QB postition, QB's better come correct if they are gonna be the starter.
I see Golson as BK's Matt Leinart. What I mean is, that its BK's hand picked 'guy' to run BK's offense. I also believe once Golson gets the starting job, BK's system will be in full effect and popping on all cylinders, that may not be for 2 years tho.

From the very limited clip we got today, I get a feeling about Hendrix. Now it may be completely off, and I'm going to wait to bet, but right now, I think it might be Hendrix. I think at worst he's going to be the one backing up Dayne as the option QB. It will also let him get reps throwing the ball in game situations to prepare for Dayne's eventual departure. We'll see.

1. DC
2. Hendrix
3. Rees
4. Golson

With the potential for Golson to have a package.

I am no where near a specialist when it comes to odds and betting. But I think if it is 1/1 it means if you bet 10 vBucks you win 20 vBucks. So in reality you win your bet plus 1x's it. Which would equal 20 vBucks if that makes sense.
