When I interviewed him he was still "Speedy Lightning" the next day he told me to change it to "Nitro" personally I like Nitro. As far as comparing him to the Rocket, I wont make comparisons, but i know for a fact that he has watched Rocket's highlights on YouTube, and gets a rush out of watching them.
