Heard this morning that Jonas Gray sprained his MCL in practice. Thought I'd pass this along so everyone on the board can start freaking out....................now.

Wow.. This needs to be a minor sprain.. Is it a 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree sprain is the question..

1st degree - 3-4 weeks

2nd degree - 6-8 weeks

3rd degree - ?????

Hopefully its a first or second degree and it won't be too detrimental.

I know it sucks that they're injured but shouldn't they be back by the first game of the season. From what i read MCL sprain would keep Jonas out 4 weeks. I don't know what Watts injuries is but hopefully nothing to bad.
