How his career arc does not rival Ryan Leaf's will be a minor miracle. What an awful QB.
What was the hype on that guy?
What was the hype on that guy?
Jay Cutler right now is a product of his terrible offensive line. He does make poor decisions, but he has to run for his life every other offensive play. Doesn't make life very easy on an NFL quarterback...
Well, to be fair you could also say it's the WR or the play calling. The ball needs to come out of his hands in about half the time he's taking. Run some bubble screens, slants, etc. Running deep crossing routes is what's getting him killed.
How are the Giants not up 20 points right now?
I'm a Browns fan so basiclly I don't have a team.../QUOTE]
Hey come on Camper at least we won yesterday. Maybe its a step in the right direction. But probably not.
Cutler didn't look good, but that wasn't on him. Just about the worst pass blocking ever in that game...and a D-Line that was confident and teeing off at every opportunity.
Does anyone here realize Cutler was knocked out to the game early with a concussion?
And when exactly was the last time the Bears developed a QB?.
What was the hype on that guy?
Cutler was sacked an NFL record 8 times in half!! their oline is atrocious. As previoulsy said, they got 2 QB's knocked out of the game.
Never - they didnt even develop McMahon, they rode his talents till he got hurt.
Not only does he like Notre Dame, but did anyone see how bad this team was yesterday without him? Thats twice that he has gone out and the Bears get totally exposed. The Bear's offensive line is probably the second worst line next to the Eagles, and when Cutler is in, they are one of the best teams in the league. If Cutler could stay healthy, then the sky is the limit for the guy.
But without him... my Bears are **cked....
Yep. Our OL is absolutely atrocious. It was laughable watching Aldon Smith literally toss them around, like the play he drove Carimi back 7-8 yds into Campbell.
