Carimi was suppose to be a "cant miss" prospect. Only the Bears could screw up a can't miss offensive lineman.

Lovey needs to fire Holt and hire a real offensive line coach.

Tice is an excellent OL guy. Carimi probably just needs time.

problem is, time is the one thing the Bears don't have with their aging D. Let's get real, they have had glaring issues over the past several years. With Marshal and the drafting of Alshton (sp) they fixed one. By hiring an experienced back-up they supposedly solved another. The O-line is what they continued to ignore-If I was Cutler, I'd be p!ssed.

I was just pointing out the Bears problems because after living in Indiana for four years, I know how much fun it is to antagonize Bears fans

Tice is the offensive coordinator not the offensive line coach. His responsibilities span much further than the day to day development of the lineman's skillset. Holt is entirely over his head and we have several high pick lineman that have failed under him. I'm fine with keeping Tice, but we need someone that is deeply entrenched in developing college lineman into NFL caliber athletes. Holt has not only not developed those draft picks, but managed veteran pickups into less talented players.
