The first game where we will not be favored IMO. Notre Dame puts up huge numbers while showing improvement on deffense. This is one of 3 tough games the irish need to win one of, if they can win here at SC or against Pitt, the irish will have a shot at a big bowl. Another thriller, irish win in OT,

God what an awesome video. I remember his senior year when every analyst in the world (except Mr. Holtz) said that he would NOT be playing in the NFL.
Anyway, reguardless of the more talented team, either time we play the wolverines or the spartans it always seems to be a very close game. Michigan State will have a very talented team returning and a qb with another years worth of experiance.
I also think this is where BK and the Irish send a message on national television. I think we will be prepared and up for the challenge and we go into East Lansing and win:
ND- 42
MSU- 31

I love the night games, I just wish we could get them at home. And we aren't facing a quarterback who's extremely mobile this time (I think, missed the game last year so I don't know for sure). Hopefully Dayne stays healthy for the whole game, and we pull out a win.

Just saw that Gameday will be at the Auburn - Clemson game. I knew we probably wouldn't get it here with the loss to Michigan, but I still think we'll get more attention than Auburn - Clemson.

Well they definitely won't be having it at ND Stadium if they can help it. We would have to clearly have the game of the week with possibly a top ten contest to get ABC to plug NBC like that.

On the road, SC at the end of the year maybe, or BC. The stars would have to align for it to happen.

Being on the road is the only thing I'm worried about. I'm not really sure that MSU is better than Michigan. They do usually play us well, but I don't think they will score more than 20 points on us. I think our defense is really gonna prove something next weekend.

I would say they are what we are... unit for unit on down the board they are better than michigan... but a lot of teams that can say that could lose to Michigan with DR under center...

I don't think it's a debate personally MSU is the better team from tpo to bottom... but so are we and who is 2-0???

Ten minutes of dedicated searching and I got a schedule for the whole year. The link is to Week 13 and the biggest ones, as of right now, would be South Carolina @ Florida, PSU @ OSU, and USC @ AZ. It could happen, I'm not saying they won't come to South Bend, but the stars really have to align. It has got to be at the bottom of the list for things they want to do.
