From that video, the most likely thing that happened is Fleeger said something stupid acting like a tough guy, Marcus stepped to him and embarrassed him by making him look and feel like the small loser he is. Fleeger, suffering from the effects of being a brain dead meathead combined with devastating emotional damage at being embarrassed in front of this crowd, tried come up with this cockamamie story that he and his "acquaintances" couldn't keep straight.
