@BobbyMac I would like to ask a question in three parts:

1. Would Skyline be more accepted if they had simply named it "Skyline Greek Cuisine" rather than short-sightedly calling it "chili," thus offending 75% of the country, whom all think THEY have the exact recipe for perfect chili?

2. If FC Cincinnati hosted the "Skyline Chili Bowl" in their stadium, featuring a MACtion vs FunBelt matchup, would the country find a way to heal and slowly transition to "Skyline is actually good and cool," much the way the country found out this year that ND is much cooler without BK as coach?

3. If the game involves a "Chili Bath" at the conclusion of the contest, should it be the WINNING coach that gets the bath, or the LOSING coach?

I'll hang up and listen.

Cincy has great food. Ja'Marr has to be trolling. He's from Louisiana so maybe he's specifically complaining that there isn't great Cajun food around here. He's right on that.

Goetta is probably in the top 3 most disgusting foods I’ve ever eaten. That’s saying something for someone that is putting it up their with Hákarl and Rocky Mountain Oysters.

And Skyline Chili is chili made by and for short bus travelers.

I would bet a significant amount of money that you had poorly-cooked, off-brand Goetta if that was your experience.

I’m gonna have a tailgate at an ND game, and it’s gonna be skyline and Goetta for everyone on me
