Too many people just hang on to one off stuff they don't like. I'm on a zillion other threads hyping up the vast majority of our team and many recruits. Not as many replies there. I say i'm not high on one recruit and it's frichan MAYHEM!

it's amazing a school like ND can't have fans that can handle different opinions in a mature way

Why deal with cunts clogging up the boards with opinions that one finds useless, pointless, and constantly negative with nothing of fact or inspiring to offer.

I mean…if anything this staff has done a hell of a job of identifying diamonds early and being more right than recruiting chuds. Also they have shown a complete willingness to cut bait if the early commit rough diamonds fall off or don’t develop to expectation. So no point in giving a damn this early. If he isn’t better than Jahmir Smith by the start of his senior year…a year from now then he won’t be clogging a roster spot.

Two people can watch his film and come up with two different opinions.

The stats aren't really there so far this season. But, I do see some of the traits that could translate to the next level. Maybe his team does indeed suck, but I too, want to see something more from him before I feel confident in him as a commitment.

Apparently ND cut him loose last week per Singer.

I’m still holding out hope for Gideon Davidson but think they’re probably content with just Nolan James

Also, I don’t have a problem with players being processed, but by all accounts this was an ND kid through and through and he visited over a dozen times.

I fully agree with this. It’s super crappy of the staff to cut him loose after a year of being committed.

Loy also said that ND helped out with finding him another school.

there's nothing wrong here...it happens...and our coaches assisted with helping him...this wasn't a surprise...sometimes players commit but with the assumption they continue to progress in a manner the coaches are expecting....and sometimes they don't....both wanted in early...both haven't continued to progress to where the coaches thought they would be...

Thurman had a bunch of SEC offers and was a consensus 4 star early in the cycle. Anderson was the lazy one.

DMC set himself up to hit a grand slam in the 2025 cycle, thanks to his success in the previous two cycles. Instead he pissed his pants and we had to flip a BC commit lol.

True, but DMC had a chance to make some serious noise this year and chose to take Anderson and Thurman, who looks like a poor mans George Atkinson
