Radio silence from our friends @GoIrish41 and @Cackalacky2.0

Already on the therapists' couch or sleeping off the hangover?
I'm pretty upset! But, Trump leads the popular vote by almost 5 million right now. If that's what America wants, that's the will of the people.

I wouldn't be frothing about riots/not conceding/election cheating issues from the left, though. I think we'll be adults, take the L, and move on.

Was there a shift in black male voters? One analyst seemed to indicate a shift towards Trump because he basically treated them like every other citizen and not some special group like Harris did with Hispanics.
What I read was that there wasn’t a sizable shift but no idea if that’s accurate or using full data.

He will be gone in 4 years. He can't run again. It will suck but you guys will be ok. We survived 8 years of Obama and 4 of Biden.

Honestly, most of this stuff is above our pay grades anyway.

The difference being mainstream Republicans have a much better understanding of Liberal positions and their thought process. Mainstream liberals have entire institutions that completely block out any sort of conservative narratives and the only exposure they get to them is propagandized narratives that are not actually true. Any college conservative in a liberal arts program can tell you this
There's an ENORMOUS amount of truth to this. I'm often just dumbfounded by the ideas most Liberals have about what Conservatives believe or about why they support a particular policy. It's so extraordinarily inaccurate and goofy. They're absolutely clueless because they've been spoon-fed all this leftist propaganda about what Conservatives are about and they've isolated themselves in a groupthink bubble.

I think what we saw was the silent majority speaking up as demonstrated by the large Republican turnout in early voting and the total margin of victory.

19 million voters from 2020 unaccounted for.

They were also missing in the following elections: 2016, 2012, 2008, 2004, 2000, 1996, 1992, 1988, 1984

We need to have a task force to identify the voter suppression that occurred. Did these people die? Were they threatened? Maybe their votes were lost on the highway?

This is a glaring scandal that needs to be addressed. I feel bad that 19 MILLION PEOPLE didn’t have their votes counted in any election except 2020.

The Kamala campaign was so dogshit - hispanic voters traditionally are socially conservative and religious, but will support greater expansion of government benefits. Kamala saw that and decided "lets play the culture war card" without directly appealing to those voters. She adopted the Trump position on no tax on tips which would help a lot of hispanic voters who work in the service industry, why would they vote for her lmao. Just horribly run. Infantilizing voters? Turns out that doesn't work! Voters rejected neocon interventionalist foreign policy in 2008 it's INSANE that they decide "nah, let's try the McCain strat" but slap a rainbow flag on it and see if that works.

I do genuinely think that she was handed a Kobiyashi Maru to win this election without a primary as a historically unpopular VP of a very unpopular President, but she did her damnedest to absolutely run a dogshit campaign. At almost every juncture her campaign made the worst possible choice. Tim Walz over Josh Shapiro was an awful idea. Completely dodging any sort of media for the first two months of the campaign. Not going on Rogan. Just dogshit all around

The DNC not wanting to admit Biden wasn't a good pick in 2020 did them in. Establishment Dems not getting over themselves cost them the election lol. Wild that they saw the success of Obama's messaging of hope (then not following through on it lmao) and decided to run three campaigns of establishment politician's each with entire graveyards of skeletons.

Relax. You're acting like an angry elf that just realized Santa isn’t real.
lol I should just stick to "hurrr DEI candidate! durrrr" right?

This is why I sorta reject the “nobody could’ve won” narrative:

The difference is that each of these candidates won a local primary and was nominated (or was incumbent). They all actually spoke their constituents about stuff they presumably cared about. Kamala was an astroturfed version of Biden with no vision just platitudes.
