I moved to New Mexico for 10 years and tried to introduce the natives of the land of Salsa to ranch. They loved it and those that didn’t are liars… I couldn’t get any restaurants to start using ranch but I did get one to start using a white “creamy dip” they refused to call Ranch but I’m sure it is.
You probably had them convinced with, “white and creamy.”

Si Senor in Las Cruces. Pretty sure it’s a ranch with green Chile similar to Dion’s green Chile ranch.

Now I’m in the mood for some Dion’s green chili ranch…

I was just in ABQ for work and went to a place called Sadie’s I think… I asked for ranch and they laughed and never brought me any.

Frontier near the campus I got away with it. Lol.

Yes, this makes (zero) sense
There's been an ongoing discussion about the best Italian in Fort Wayne.
Also, I blew out a tire there coming back from the FSU game and I couldn't help but notice the fuck ton of tire carcasses that litter US 30 where my blowout occurred.

Thank you. Was wondering if it was changing tires and eating food are both things one does with their hands. The backstory helps.

Steak and bell pepper (choose your color), zucchini, squash, red onion, and mushroom kebabs. I skewer and cook the steak cubes on the grill and air fry the veggies. That’s the stuff right there.

Tires didn't take too long so I ended up having BBQ pork from the local market.

I’m a curry guy. Massaman fits my sweet tooth, but I like green curry a lot as well. Penang can be great but I’ve also had inedible penang
