Actually, when you go pure carnivore, you barely poop. There’s practically zero waste.

Rabbit turds. After three months I thought I was backed up, but even a weekend colon cleanse didn’t produce anything.

CAN WE PLEASE STOP TALKING ABOUT FOOD IN THIS THREAD. We have the Dante Moore thread for that. This thread is being constantly clogged by content that should be in the DM thread. This is a Duece Knight thread, Moving forward I would like to only have discussions on "what are you drinking tonight" here, we don't have a good past commit thread for that yet.

It's just a Tito's in ice night for me, not normally my thing but it just kind of happened

You’re right. The first week or so is watery, but after that it’s coco puffs.

I think my best briskets have always been an excellently marbled prime-labeled hunk o' meat that is injected with a salty beef brine solution at 3+ injection ports. Let it rest overnight to absorb/weep out any excess and then fire up the smoker, maintain heat 240 or below and hold off from the crutch as long as possible.

Once crutched, put in the oven and hold at 250 until it reach 202-203F, pull, foil once more to cover any punctures/tears, wrap a blanket around it and store in the cooler or quickly drop the temp in your oven to 170 then place back in and hold until it's time to feast.

Also, you must salt and season as prescribed by amazingribs.com

Anyone care to argue?

Lol...havent gone back in some time...one of my sons was just there on a soccer showcase trip getting scouted by some Polish clubs..hes only 15 so cant ask him to bring it back...although you guys should try Cytrynowka...its like Spirytus with lemon, honey and sugar..its amazing..you dont feel it burn when its done properly...then somehow you wake up a few hours later lol
