We have a "for fun" bowl pick 'em at work, mostly played by people who know absolutely nothing about gambling or college football. Seeing how that plays out just reinforces the idea that one would have to be a complete and total degenerate to bet on this shit.

Our current leaders are a person who makes her picks based on which unis she likes best and the sheet that was run thru Bard.

Sounds like the NCAA pool we have. My wife will pick based on color of unis and if she would like to visit that city/state. Hard to argue with that logic.

I think we'll win simply because we're deeper/more talented, but no clue how one would pick a line for this game. Our offense is like nine question marks. The score could well be 10-3.

The score was 0-0 after one and I remember joking with my friends that New Mexico State +44 was literally free money and we should have put our college savings on it because Jim Tressel's offense is not going to score 45 points.

Ohio State proceeds to score 45 points in two quarters and wins 45-0, beating the spread by one.
