Lol this is not a big deal. I get the point he is trying to make.

For the record, we would WORK Colorado. And they are going to lose to USC.

I suspect the SC/CU game will be a scoring fest. Caleb Williams & those WR (all 9 of them?!) will light up the score board like a pinball machine. I also think CU will put up their share of points. Whoever gets the most stops, wins? I’ll be tuning in if I’m near a TV.

On another note, was that EQ’s brother? They look nothing alike.

I have yet to read for see a single doubter or hater.
Fake news.

It's like they started a imaginary talking point and now the whole world believes it.

You doubt that there are doubters? Don't let Deion hear that. You'll make the list!

Count me in as a doubter and a hater. I doubt they beat USC or Oregon and I hate the gut-the-roster model.

I'll bet everyone on this board they beat U of O.

Only because theyve been trying to do the same exact thing Deion is doing for years... with all the Nike money... but it's not working.

This guy rooting for Deion vs ND, meanwhile everyone else is rooting for ESB to do ... something, anything, in the league.

Thank Christ Amon-Ra is worth half a fuck, otherwise discount LaVar Ball would have named all his kids after the Egyptian god of sucking.

What is Deion doing that Oregon has failed to do?

It's kinda crazy to me. Colorado has beaten a crappy TCU and a crappy Nebraska. I will pay attention a bit when they beat USC, or Washington, or Oregon, or Oregon St, or anyone of significance. Only reason anyone is talking about them is because of Deion, not because they are any good.

Will admit I only watched a small part of their Nebraska game - while ours was in rain delay - but it seemed like Nebraska was better in the trenches and beating them six plays out of seven, but the seventh would be a 45 yard touchdown pass over the top. Also Nebraska had four turnovers? That's not really sustainable against better teams. But we'll see. I'll definitely watch that USC game.

So see, there are doubters. And there is plenty of basis for the doubt.
Deon is just using this shit to motivate his team a tactic as old as football itself.
When you put together a team from scratch the culture is exceptionally fragile and Deon will be a miracle worker if he can pull off a great year with this bunch. I’m still skeptical

just so everyone is aware of where Equanimeious stands in the Bear's eyes. He was a healthy scratch last week on the same roster that Chase Claypool is on.

I don't really give a flying shit about this because he can support whoever he wants in this free land of ours, but if ESB says it was clipping, I'll throw hands.

…and Dan Lanning just took a jab at CU so he’s checked the disrespect box. Oregon going down.

I love what Matt Barrie of ESPN said on the Navy/Memphis broadcast last night…I’m paraphrasing: “Media can’t have it both ways. We can’t be frustrated when coaches give us coachspeak and then play ‘gotcha’ when they say something off the cuff or how they feel”

If they get worked in their bigger games, who thinks prime will throw his players under the bus? Too self centered to own it, imo.
Nah. The problem is he speaks freely enough that his words will be parsed by those who are ready to pounce on him for throwing players under the bus but I doubt it’ll be any different than any other HC who gets accused of that at one point or another.

The thing is, there’s no baseline established yet. So no one in the media or amongst fans knows where teams are properly slotted. That’s why pre-season polls should be abolished…for the most part they’re BS

Did he do this at Jackson State?

If there is any kind of sample size that it's happened before, I'd say maybe, but I'm not seeing where he did this after losses. I don't know what makes people infer he's going to do it now other than individual bias.

Actual swagger. U of O tries it with all their pajama party uniforms and running up the score on commuter schools... But if they play someone with a heartbeat, they usually struggle mightily. (Like just getting out of Texas Tech with their butts)

Deion uses all the same transfer magic and cash payments... but it seems to be working. Because he has actual swag.

(I am not necessarily a fan of Deion, and I hate Colorado with honest passion... but I think they'll beat UofO.)

EQ going into his seventh NFL season. Has yet to eclipse 1,000 career yards but you gotta love seeing a late round pick out of ND being able to stick in the NFL for so long.
