Can this tool please finally be banned?
So you think South Bend is more hip and fun than Columbus?

I am not talking about the football programs but the towns and the support of the program. So I should get banned because you don't like to hear what is pretty obvious.

Kids are going to have to realize that if they are going to make it in a league as cutthroat and unforgiving as the NFL, choosing hard in college is going to benefit them. There's a reason why NFL teams love ND OL, because they are both developed high-quality NFL prospects and mature beyond most of their peers to the point where they aren't concerned about things like work ethic and off-field behavior.

This happens because at ND, you are held accountable for your off-field behavior and work ethic everywhere, including the classroom.

I don't disagree with you that the ND experience benefits ND's athletes when the hit the league (and the real world), but I don't think the NFL sees it the same way.

They love ND OL because they were coached tough and well, and have a history of panning out. They don't care if ND's tough road is part of the reason it worked out, just that it did.

It's the same reason they don't care that a place like UGA has a total lack of control on the back end. Players aren't "choosing hard" at UGA, but it doesn't affect their draft stock, even when they're in HUGE legal trouble... because the NFL doesn't care, as long as the news cycle moves on at some point.

Choosing hard is good... I just don't think anyone but ND fans, athletes and coaches put any true stock into it when it comes to NFL development.

Yea totally dumbass take. South Bend has lots of challenges compared to Columbus. Give it up, please.
No it’s not.

ND’s campus, where they will actually be, is infinitely better than anything in Columbus.

Your schtick is getting old.
I’m guessing how much you complain you really haven’t accomplished much & have never been in charge of anything important?

It’s just bitch & moan with you about everything. Boo-fucking-hoo…tear drop.

Not the campus, the town. That is the comparison. DublinIrish was complaining how Columbus is a lame ass midwestern city.... Please look above, Reaper.

Columbus isn't safe, but about 5 years ago we parked in the neighborhood next to campus and about 10 of the car windows were busted out on all the cars. I always know a bunch of people who have been shot and killed in Southbend the last few years. It's actually one of the most dangerous cities in Indiana.

I don’t understand kids wanting nightlife considering they now state, “for the next 3-4 years I’ll be taking my talents to…” It doesn’t take too much math to estimate that you might not be in school when you turn 21 in that case.

Yep, the NFL sure doesn't want Alabama, Georgia or Ohio State players.

So, you waited until 21 to drink? You didn't go underage into bars and drink? Lol.

No, you should get called out for being a prick when you respond to posters disrespectfully, because it’s unnecessary. Yes, it’s a message board, but we’re also a community here. I don’t think you should be banned, as bans are for extreme circumstances, but try being less of a dick. You are more than capable.
Unlike your response, I didn’t actually make an ad hominem attack on IrishDubliner but called out his take being a bad one. You should understand the difference as it will help your responses to be less jumpy and anxious. I am not a prick or a dick - just another poster on this Board.

Yes critiquing Columbus as a boring Midwest take when we have South Bend is in fact a bad take.

South Bend is one of the largest cities in the state. So, naturally, it’ll have a higher crime rate. If you stay away from the northwest side of the city, then you’ll be just fine. That’s where a large majority of the crimes take place.

Now, back to KVA not picking Notre Dame.

Nice try. See your post to Irish4Life and get back at me. #573 for reference.
I don’t think you understand the difference between a criticism of a take and an ad hominem attack on the poster. Yes I called his take dumbass… which it is. I never said irish4life is a dumbass but his take. Hell I have plenty of dumbass takes myself.

The difference is You called me a dick and a prick. That is an attack on me as a person and not my board posts. That’s the difference.

I don’t see CB’s rolling in. Is that still a relevant thing anymore? Shows where the reporters stand… NOWHERE!!! Usually it’s on fire around here for one reason or another. I guess the heat is getting to everyone?🤔

Where ever he goes he will probably be on transfer watch for season 2 (like most).
So ND could snap him up then except ND doesnt do that due to some other rule they have.

If he doesn’t sign with ND, he isn’t transferring to ND.
