(Either way, though... his gf playing a huge part in him backing out on ND and choosing the "comfortable" option to stay close to home with his people... only for her to then back out of said plan and pave her own way at a different university [even if it's still pretty close to home] was probably a hilarious conversation between two 17/18yo kids at some point lol)

The only reason to give this rumor a modicum of an iota of a scintilla of weight is that the safety recruiting decisions would suddenly all makes sense.

His Brother just took a visit to Oklahoma and his mom posted about it so not sure how true all this is. We aren't even considering his Brother right now.

Counter point: even if Marcus Freeman somehow pulled this off, he's bright enough to know that Bowen will likely transfer 6 more times.
