Were the coaches that were accused coaching today?
I think the challenge at ND is underestimated and all the high standards and expectations are like NO other school. I hope Freeman can become our all time wins leader but Kelly did a good job overall in the most challenging time in CFB with some challenges that are not presented at other top programs who allow illiterate and criminal elements in to play football. He also lacked some great elite talent all at the same time. Not having a top notch QB hurt.
Not a denial.
If only he had included the word ‘is.’Sounds like BK took a page from the Bill Clinton playbook, typed those words, looked around the room to make sure he was alone, then hit the send button.
What evidence do you have that “everyone hates BK”? To be clear, when someone states EVERYONE, that means 100%.I mean I get that everyone hates BK but unless it comes out he was aware and did nothing what do u want him to say?

Well you see... when a man, a man, a man, a man, and a man like a woman, they express it by running a train...My reading indicates that the entirety of IE is currently profoundly ignorant of any of the salient facts here.
I have just enough idle salaciousness to generate some interest in what went on, but I don't see any real
information yet to build any understanding. ... so some of the commentary here is weird to me.
I dunno about that. LSU has had a dysfunctional culture for a number of years (at least as compared with their more successful rivals to the east) and it has probably held them back on the field. Culture-building and program-building is really BK's calling card, moreso than Xs and Os or recruiting. I don't think you hire him unless cleaning up the culture of the program is part of the agenda. So serious question: Does this stuff do anything to hurt LSU’s ability to recruit great players or win with them?
Kelly was brought in to do that, not clean up the culture. The southern football fan has made it clear for the last 50 years that this kind of stuff means absolutely nothing in the overall scheme of things

Something we all seem to forget is the aforementioned challenge is the only reason ND even has appeal or relevancy.
ND is Purdue with better uniforms, and recruits similarly, without their unique identity of being a program/university/culture that is….different

After Coach Os issues Im pretty sure BK was brought in to not only put a clean image on the place but in doing so, implement his process, get RKGs with traits, and have a team so focused on attention to detail they dont have time or mental capacity to gang bang the recruiting coordinator or attend sex parties arranged by said coordinator whatever the case may be. Sounds like there is work to be doneSo serious question: Does this stuff do anything to hurt LSU’s ability to recruit great players or win with them?

I think the ceiling will be making the expanded playoffs and winning a game, or two. Can’t see us winning 4 straight enroute to a NC. At least with not our current talent level.Kelly may not have been quite as good a recruiter as MF but he got a lot out of his talent. You can't have it both ways - ding him for bad recruiting and then deny the run of 10 win seasons / CFP and National Championship Game appearances.
No ND didn't have the highest end talent to beat the SEC teams. And they won't be getting it with NIL here to stay. Until the ND BOD loosens both the academic standards and the NIL administration, we still won't get the very best talent.
That is why NY6 Bowl Appearances would be a decent ceiling for ND. If MF can do what BK did here that would be great.

My buddy is a big Auburn fan and told me about his visit to Baton Rouge to what his Tigers face off w/ LSU at night. He said the net behind the goal post was down so the extra points & FGs would land in the bleachers. Every time Auburn kicked one the drunken LSU fans would keep tossing the ball upwards until someone was close enough to the rim of the stadium & they’d throw the ball out of the stadium.Kelly has his work cut out for him in changing the culture at LSU. He can do a lot with the staff & players, but how do you change a few million fans? That's a wild, strange fanbase with a well-deserved reputation for drunkenness, throwing cups of urine on visiting fans (and journalists), vandalizing opposing fans' cars, and so on. They tend to look at things like the recent polyamorous soiree as no big deal and a slow day compared to typical party life there, or Mardi Gras or New Orleans. It's an odd place and a strange fanbase to say the least.
It’s tiring though. Just b/c Twitter choads can’t resist taking a shot at BK doesn’t mean the entire fanbase hates the guy. It continues to feed the LSU narrative & makes the ND fan base look petty. It's an obvious generalization. Mostly, NDdomer2 is going off of the last responses where everyone () is implying that BK is doing something wrong here.

A common joke about LSU fans is that they're mostly illiterate, tatted up, toothless, violent, shirtless drunks... and their husbands. You say this like it's a bad thing.
