Having our top three recruits blatantly bought out from under us is different.

If you see every single piece of recruiting news moving forward through the downtrodden lense of he’ll probably decommit, then I wouldn’t follow. It’s not a jab or insult, just wouldn’t be worthwhile or healthy.

Also, Bowen is committing to OU over A&M and Oregon. Let’s not kid ourselves the reason because it’s more convenient to cope with.

Write it off as an old man post if you want. Just struck me as notable that something that once brought me joy RE NDFB no longer does. Curses upon Emmert and the NCAA.

This is my perspective, too. Now, I feel like we have to hold onto McCollough and fight the NIL war for the next year to hold onto this guy. Awesome pickup, but some of the fun of recruiting is just gone.

Keon Keeley started visiting places months after committing. Peyton Bowen did less than two weeks later. Dante Moore never was committed to ND.

There’s two ways to see it. These guys were looking elsewhere before they were offered a penny.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for getting mad/pissed about not going our way, but I recommend not following if you no longer see any positives.

Until a kid with his pedigree and offer list signs his NLI, he’s not coming to Notre Dame. And even that might not end the recruitment.

Every year it seems there’s a few that break your heart as a fan. I’ve decided to just have fun at this point until signing day. Im really struggling with this NIL thing and through what mediums the promises are being made. It’s the Wild West out there.
