Just remember. It could have been AI dropping dimes to Randy Moss for Our Lady in the 90s.

Also a fight that changed his trajectory. He wanted to play football. Worked out for him though

That's probably like three touchdowns a game. Which is insane. Who is he playing against in Hannibal, Missouri? It's the middle of nowhere.
Yeah, he’s dominating bad competition, but that’s what an elite recruit should do.

He plays in a higher class than Zeke did .
That may be, but there just aren't a lot people who live in places like Moberly and Jefferson City, Hannibal's conference opponents. Hard to imagine they have very many good high school football players. Whereas Elliott, even if his school was smaller, played a lot of St. Louis-area private schools that can recruit local talent, which as we know is abundant.

Regardless, I'm all for these kids having normal high school lives and not shipping off to sports boarding schools in Florida just to goose their recruiting rankings. And he gets to score a shitload of touchdowns. Good for him. Hope he sticks with us.

I think a lower STL class likely gets some better skill guys but when I played I hated played non STL area schools. Usually bigger kids, and with good teams, often better football players. STL schools still meet their match when they get outside be it Missouri or Kansas City schools often.

I never expected to see Moberly on an ND message board. Its 30 min away from me. Jeff City and Columbia have good athletics, But Hannibal is an island its the biggest city in maybe an hour in every direction and everything around it is really small even crossing into Illinois.

Hannibal plays st Louis area schools. Hannibal sent a 3 year starter to Stanford and a starter to bowling green in the last few years. Hannibal plays monte balls high school. And a class above Ezekiel Elliott

Let’s clarify this a little more. He got in a fight because he was being called a N-word by the guy who’s ass he beat. Moss dealt with mad racism at his high school and finally couldn’t ignore it anymore. Moss was all Irish and would have been here if not for that incident.
That’s not fully true either.
Many, many witnesses, including other black students, tell it differently than that.
And he had other instances that happened too other than that one that the administration was aware of.
I’m guessing what happened at FSU was also not his fault?

He doesn’t have the same explosiveness as Harvin. He brings a lot but he’s not turning a quick slant into an 80 yard touchdown while blazing past defenders in the middle of the field.
Well,… definitely not with that attitude,…..
