In honor of Dante, my favorite (healthy) pancake recipe is the below. I have them twice a week after a hard workout.

1. Cinnamon Oat Power Mix from Kodiak
2. Egg white
3. Little bit of water
4. Scoop of your favorite protein powder flavor. I go with chocolate or cinnamon typically
5. Heat pan on low-medium heat, pour the mix, flip your pancake after 90 seconds or once it starts bubbling.
6. Enjoy.

I have a recipe handed down from my grandmother to my mom that I still make. I call them Christmas brownies (not really brownies)because we only make them at Christmas.

You take a couple of packages of graham crackers and crush them up until their almost fine. Add a can of sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet morsels and mix. you may need to go with 1 1/2 to 2 cans of the condensed milk. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes until light golden brown. Let them cool of then roll in powdered sugar. Don't overbake.

I don’t flip. Pour into well buttered non-stick. Swirl into pan and mix around a bit. Add whatever you like to the omelette. Lid it, turn off heat. Come back in five mins. Perfect every time.
