I’m the millionth+ Philly native to say this, but Wawa isn’t that great anymore. Used to get sandwiches from there couple times a week but it’s so bland now I’d rather go to Jersey Mike’s (heresy in the Philly suburbs).

Your right it’s not as good anymore. I remember the good ole days when hoagiefest just began and you could get those half gallon teas for like a dollar. Now that they expanded the food like crazy the quality has gone down

Never had it and I don't believe we have any Primo Hoagies in MI, unfortunately. Anyone who tells me there's a place with a better sub (from a chain) better than Jersey's, I have to try it if possible.

Toasted Club GOAT - Penn Station
Philly Cheesesteak GOAT - Jersey Mike's

I would NOT have put Jersey Mike's over Penn Station for a Philly Cheesesteak two months ago... but I got a cheesesteak with onions and peppers from Jersey Mike's a few weeks ago, and it was amazing. Idk what they're doing differently with their hot subs, but they're on a different level these days.

Penn Station still can't be beat if you want a toasted club, though. Their lunch meat is perfect for the grill and their toasted hoagie rolls are elite.

This is the problem with the NIL era. Schools are going to be taking big risks going for kids who care about the highest bidder. There could be fireworks NSD, imagine staking your class on a big recruit only to worry about Texas 4-8 topping your offer by 6-7 figures at the last second.

We're going to end up with huge recruiting classes and kids who don't pan out getting processed more and more.
