You're not wrong on the 2nd part of that sentence, but Corso doesn't hate Notre Dame. He's actually Catholic, and while we're not his Seminoles he does pick the Irish often and threatened not to pick a side in the OSU/ND game this year.

I watch a disgusting amount of College Gameday and I agree with Ulukinatme, Corso is most definitely not anti-ND. He picks them more times then not and he raves about the University. The only true anti-ND guys on that show are Desmond Howard and "the Bear" and the latter is leaving for FOX anyways.

I don't have the time or the energy to look up his picks from Gameday all year, but I'd bet he's under 40%.

Agree to disagree. I watched GameDay in its infancy when Corso was lucid. No question in my mind he’s no fan of ND. I don’t think he “hates” them but every time he picked against them he would go out of his way to say “hey I’m Catholic” as a ’Get Out of Jail Free’ card. I’ve got friends who are Catholic and they hate it when it’s assumed they are ND fans…which makes them hate ND more.

Exactly. It’s subjective and quite frankly was probably decided before the season started (barring injury) b/c of the blowback that Bowers should’ve won as a true freshman. Mayer will be fine. Bowers will, too.

Been fighting with Georgia fans the last few days. They're some of the most ignorant assclowns I've ever seen, they've never bothered to watch any film on the guy and just assume Bowers wipes the floor with him. One guy claimed Mayer couldn't hold Bowers' jock and he'd probably be a day 2 or even 3 pick. He literally had no idea Mayer is projected to be the #1 TE off the board and estimated as a Top 7-15 overall pick...and they wonder why fans complain about the SEC bias. Mayer got robbed.
