It’s all perception and narrative, but if Carr were to commit soon before anything on Moore, I love the confidence to be like that’s my spot idgaf what Dante Moore is doing before me. Also if Dante actually cares about CJ Carr, it’d be calling Avery Johnson.

I get why CJ might care where Dante goes. I really can't understand Moore caring if CJ follows him to ND or any other school. Moore is a 5 star QB with a one year head start. If he doesn't have enough confidence to beat out a similar rated QB with a years head start ......... then I don't know what to say.

Exactly !….. I mean let’s be real , any school that would only recruit you and no other 5 stars after you, is probably not a very successful program .

Four with Ohio State. But they get Penn State and Sparty at home. Non-conference schedule is a joke. They could well be 10-1 or even undefeated going into Columbus. Hype train would be ridiculous. Even if they're not very good.
I don't think scUM is going to be particularly good this year; I think they'll drop 1 of MSU/PSU at home, one of @Iowa/@ISU, and theyre most certainly losing at the 'Shoe against OSU, who has that date circled on their calendar.

Just keep recruiting the 5 star QB's every year. UGA, Bama, Clemson and others do it.
Exactly. If you want to be a championship caliber program then you need competition at every position. You never know what can happen. It's entirely possible that we get Moore and Carr and one of them either doesn't pan out or gets injured. Best case scenario is we get both, Moore is 3 and out, and then Carr is ready to take over in 2026.

Also, I'm listening to Shaun Davis and Malik Zaire right now and Davis said that CJ and Brandon Davis-Swain are best friends.

The fact it’s not on a major network like CBS or some crap and IB has no advertised show tells us all we need to know. I wouldn’t wait up. Check in the morning.
The channel that most recruits announce on is basically ESPN 8, the ocho. It’s hardly a major network

I realize you said "best case" but this is a fantasy, no way in hell CJ Carr would wait that long to play. Not in the modern era with the portal.

I'd be fine at this point with no Moore and a 2 QB class in '24 of Carr and Danny O'Neil

Would love to see him at ND. If he doesn't wanna be at Michigan, ND is sorta the ideal place for any legacy kid who doesn't wanna go to the legacy school, even Michigan legacy kids.
