You are being pretty dishonest when you compare On3's site rating to 247's composite. In 247's site rating they have 3 ND commits in the top 70 followed by Vernon at 150 (247 dropped him to 150 in Nov).

On3's consensus has 4 ND commits in the top 70, just like 247's composite.

You are correct about On3 consensus having 4 commits in the top 70 but you are wrong about 247 only having 3 ND commits in the composite top 70. Vernon's 247 ranking is 150, yes, but his composite ranking is 62 so 247 has 4 ND players in the composite top 70 as Balki said.
