You should be able to now. Hit the like button next to reply and you'll see 5 different options.

For whatever reason that was turned off for mods? I'm going to have to go through all of the permissions for every user group again.

Whenever you hit "Reply" under a post, it gets quoted in the combox below. So just do that for every post you want to multi-quote.

thanks fellas for some reason it was putting the other reply in the same quote box as the first one but I think I had moved my cursor previous to hitting the next reply button

Switched on another setting that allows easier multi-quote. Between the Like and Reply buttons.
