Too slow.

Is Mannings team…not good? Isn’t Keeley a lower level of FL football?

Just intercepted Arch. Kid may end up a consensus 5 star he’s such a stud.

What happened to the 2021 ND season falling apart & it being 2016 all over again?
I would like more input from that poster…

Keon Keeley Note (247sports.com)

Cooper Petagna, new talent scout/evaluator at 247 posted this on Keon. Under 5 star consideration come the next '23 update on Nov. 17th.

Just circling back to this as I’ve heard Petagna speak a few times now. Not that it makes him a better eval guy but Petagna has about as real as credentials as 247 has had. Not just a recruitnik guy 247 has promoted from a team site like others. Petagna actually worked in the recruiting department for Michigan, Oregon and Washington. Petagna here wrote Keeley’s new scouting report and now you see above 247 bumped him to #26.

Keely is now a 247 Composite 5:s:, the #23 player in the country according to that metric.

#FreemanBump

The week both him and Vernon committed, and he was outside the top 200 & Vernon was 9th, I told people by the time they signed Keeley would be ranked higher. It happened a full year earlier than even I thought.

We will see how good MFMF really is with keeping his commits and building onto the class

Considering the big time & out of character commits Riley had at OU in '22 and '23 prior to leaving, i'm guessing OU isn't afraid to throw the NIL money around.

Regardless, its tough to imagine OU would be any scarier than the other big time Southern schools.

Just got to hope he doesn’t care about reclassifying. I can’t believe they aren’t all doing that. Why is that?

There's some thought that NIL will level off in a couple years. Right now it's the Wild West. Get that bag before schools get smart!

Yeah I just don’t get why every top 100 kid would not reclassify. Who would prefer to be in high school not earning any money and be a year further off the NFL than to be in college getting paid and a year closer. Completely illogical to stay now.

5 years, if rumors are to be believed. And until then, schools like LSU and aTm will be offering kids life-changing money "above board" to pick them over ND.

I guess our plan is to point to a 40y ROI chart and claim we're still the better investment via degree value? I'm bracing to have a lot of our best recruits bought out from under us.

Maybe this is wishful thinking, but i feel like a 5 star recruit flipping from ND to A&M for NIL money would be big enough news to gain the attention of some wealthy ND fan, who would look to help us out a bit. We wouldn't be able to compete straight up but maybe we could at least not roll over.
