S&C specifically is common to bring with you. Flint has learned under Balis and still relatively young when Balis came in. Their current S&C has expected to retire/step down. I’m all for “FBK” for the things he deserves but also not gonna clown a guy who won us a lot of games for every action he makes.

Go find the next Balis then? I'm not dogging him for Flint, I'm dogging him because every rumor that seems legitimate reverts back to FBKs roots rather than something that might legitimately improve his situation. FBK doesn't do well when he uses a crutch or reliance on the past, he stretches the field so to speak when he goes outside the box.

Rasputin feels bad for LSU. They are the last buyers in the Brian Kelly Ponzi Scheme. The early investors at Grand Valley, Central Michigan and Cincinnati got huge returns. Notre Dame got its money back with some profit and managed to get out in time. LSU invested the most, just as the scheme is being exposed. The last buyer always gets rinsed. This will cost them a lot of money.

I would hazard a guess that a guy like Balis knows some guys in that relatively small fraternity that are ready to climb the ladder and would fit here at ND.
