Ryan Harris during the radio broadcast said that Diggs reminds him of Ryan Grant. Pretty good comparison.
Seems likely to me he'll lead the team in carries next year.
Tyree will get plenty of touches but needs to be used differently... like Rocket 2.0. He'd be a huge improvement over Lenzy as Weapon X.
I can see JD Price being RB2 by the end of the year and Estime the new C'Bo.
Regarding Price... Would I have rather had Singleton? Mmm, that's tough to answer just from watching Hudl. Price is committed and that makes him better than Singleton now. But anyone else? Sawchuck? Hayden? Even Henderson? Nope.

Leveon Bell
Forgive me, I must be misremembering, but I recall Grant going nowhere but straight. No cuts at all. Maybe I’m just thinking he’s Green Bay days.
He wasn't a flashy runner, but he got the job done and made a nice career for himself. Julius got all the recognition, but Grant may have had the better pro career. His YPC ended up being better, and he had more scores too.
He had the balls to wear 25. Now use him as such. Dude is electric in space. That’s Tommy’s job to utilize him correctly
Tyree is definitely playing slot next week right? Didn’t check the gameday thread but that’s how I took BKs comments about WR post Davis. What else could you move besides Watts back
which I believe he said that wouldn’t be the case

He catches the ball well. Has the best straight line speed on the team. Certainly is not afraid to take a punch or give a punch fighting across the middle.
Kyren already plays a little slot but his usage should remain the same. It's not C'Bo/Diggs/Estime. Watts makes sense but I'm sure they want to keep the momentum he has on defense going. He's maybe an emergency option if yet another guy goes down. Chance Tucker maybe could have played WR at a lower FBS level but that would be a strange move, and none of the other reserve defensive backs look like options.
So yeah, it's definitely Tyree, who coincidentally had more catches than carries today.
I think Diggs is going to make it so much easier with life without Kyren, next season. He already looks like a running back that can get the ball 20 times a game.
On his touchdown run against Navy, I counted 5 true freshmen on the field: Buchner, Diggs, Colzie, Evans, and Alt. It might've been 6, but I couldn't tell if Styles was there or not. Either way, the future is extremely bright for Diggs and the entire 2021 freshmen class on offense.

I wish I had your optimism
Agree, this freshman offensive class is . Buchner, Styles, Colzie, and Diggs could finally take us to the promised land if the defense continues at current levels.
I know it's not glamorous like the skill positions but the freshman OL class is also going to be a special one for us: Fisher, Alt and Spindler are going to be really good for us for 3-4 years.
Diggs is a patient runner with good vision but I think he really lacks explosion. I just don’t see the second gear.
