when we will everyone realize that moving a WR to play safety just doesn't happen...

S is the hardest position mentally and physically to play on D effectively (requires more of both) ask ANY Def coordinator at any level.

if we want/need safeties we need to recruit SAFETIES!

You do realize that he currently plays S, right?

Safety. Awesome! Best fit for him & the team IMO.

I can remember some folks lambasting Mora and UCLA for some magazine cover page mock ups of some recruits. lol
Didn't he have Clark winning the Heisman or something equally as ridiculous?

I like this, we have a lot of really good WRs we can land this year that I think are better than Robertson at the position. 3 in the top 125

Sorry to bump the thread but man!......I just watched his film for the first time and this kid is DYNAMIC! I know he's rated highly as of now but I don't doubt him skyrocketing in the future. He may be my fave 17 commit now.

Thing I like about Robertson is that he's just an all-around smart football player with a rangy, athletic build. He can play either side of the ball and thrive whichever way he goes. He knows when and how to go up for the ball when it's in the air at receiver, and knows when and where to be to make a play on the ball on defense.

He's not the fastest guy, but he has some decent jets for a guy with his frame. I want to say FS for him. He's 6'3 and can grow to around 200 and has the rangy athleticism and defensive intelligence to make a great cover guy.

He's a take and figure it out later, period. Really like the kid and what he brings. Will he be the next Will Fuller or Harrsion Smith, maybe not. However, that doesn't mean he doesn't have incredible value.

Robertson was on D. He was chasing down a runner who ran out of bounds. Some WR hit him from behind. Robertson pushed back. Then the other guy pushed back. Then Robertson pushes back and the rest of Robertson teammates mob the other guy. No punches thrown just a lot of pushing after that.

I'd rather kid get suspended and learn his lesson in high school than at ND.
