I was looking at Onefootdown depth chart. With us being thin at safety I am not sure why we have not switched him back. We moved Davis from corner back to running back. I think we have more of a need at safety than WR at this point.

Kelly acknowledged in today's presser that Robertson was not at practice "working thru some things". Also said he's injured but didn't elaborate.

Was interesting that earlier Kelly was asked about injuries and didn't mention Robertson. It only came up when one of the writers brought it up.

Another absence asked about was Wilkins; the answer was that he has strep throat which is a little more specific than "working thru some things"

Took a "medical scholarship" here yet is still apparently able to play football. Perhaps we should rethink the whole ND doesn't process guys take.

I know Mabry had an injury, but I'm not sure if it was actually career ending in severity. He just wasn't a huge factor on the depth chart and we needed to shed scholarships.

Well Matt Freeman in his announcement on ISD said he counts as a "grad transfer", because he's getting his degree in December. So I'm not quite sure what's going on

Probably a case where Robertson thinks he can still play and we don't. So we offer the final semester fully paid and he agrees to be a "non-counter".

DJ Morgan would have taken the same deal. Spent his last fall semester at school but not playing football and then was able to transfer to Connecticut with eligibility remaining
