I'm on my phone. Can someone post the article Sampson put up about Greg. It's papers Greg wrote while at ND, quite long but worth the read.

Yeah, pretty hard to see how much his father pushed him for better things, get out of that part of Florida, and how he cared about him...only to have him gunned down by the very element he was trying to protect him from. You can really feel the respect he had towards his father at the time he wrote the paper. Maybe that's why he didn't tell him about getting suspended and leaving ND, maybe Greg was a bit ashamed for letting him down. So sad.

That was really tough to read, but absolutely amazing knowing he knew his purpose in life to help others. Took me straight back to losing my best friend at 17 and realizing he fulfilled his purpose and made others better. I knew he understood how he could affect others and this was exemplified at his funeral by a mentally challenged kid taking the open mic and speaking about how he was his best friend and always looked out for him in gym class by either spotting him lifting or simply picking him for his team. It's moments like that when you realize the Lord is calling those home who have done their job and changed lives like Greg and my friend.

Greg Bryant's legacy lives on among UAB football players

UAB has its Green and Gold game today. They will not play any games this season and begin play again in 2017. UAB broke ground on a new UAB Football Operations Center and Legacy Pavilion which will house office space, meeting and film rooms, training facilities, locker rooms, weight room and practice fields.

Whats weird is...this murder is still unsolved.

Someone, somewhere knows what happened here...and who did it.

Coward shot him...cowards hide the truth.

May they all reap what they've sewn...

I check Google news for his name every once in a while hoping that the piece of shit responsible has been caught. Sadly, if the investigation is still open, nothing has been reported. RIP GB

That was honestly hard to watch

I still remember where I was when he committed and I remember screaming and started doing pushups. Something to little brought such joy to me at the moment. RIP Greg Bryant I know you are watching over this team closely this year. You can truly tell how much he meant to this team and how his teammates loved him. I still wonder if he was at ND if this would have happend. You can tell how much Autry Denson loves his players and ND, I hope he never leaves because I would listen to him talk about a snail race.

Was thinking about GB recently. Took a look online for updates. Nothing.

I am pretty certain there are people out there who know who did this. I hope they rot in hell.

Couldn't guess what the the police/detectives are doing, but there is almost 0% chance there isn't video of the person who killed him.

I sometimes wonder if there isn't a crowd source type thing police can do to analyze video data, or whatever it is that has them in a place where they can't solve this case.

Seriously disappointed. Justice needs to be done.

Man, I can't be the only one that thought of Greg Bryant here...
Wish they picked a different number...
