Yea, he might be the best QB prospect coming out of HS that we've recruited under BK. Him and Wimbush will be a close call, IMO.

He told 247 he came on this visit with the intention of committing. Per Wiltfong from an ND source, he wanted to wait it out and surprise the staff later into the visit but couldn't hold it in and just blurted it out 10 minutes into the visit.

Not sure if Stepp qualifies as "elite", probably not, but he's pretty darn good and I'd be surprised if he didn't jump in the boat.

For whatever reason none of the '18 profiles show up on the front page. They do show up on the forum app though. Not sure if a mod can fix this for us or not. This has been an on-going thing
