An Irish247 board member was at their game last Friday, prior to it being called. He said that in warmups both Vandarius and Studstill had a bunch of ND dri fit on. Also, their HC is apparently a really big ND fan and was fairly instrumental in Coney's ND interest.

If I remember correctly, wasn't he the one that pointed out how weak the competition was at Irish Invasion?

I think that was Wells...the 2017 OL from Kentucky or somewhere around there.

“I did well at the camp,” Cowan explained. “I felt like I was the best linebacker there against the competition. I heard Devin did really well and it was a nice event. We didn’t do too much at the camp, so there isn’t a ton to say about it. It was a really short camp.”

I believe the quote about poor competition was attributed to him but it was reported to the media by another recruit..

Nike makes dri fit not UA. If they had ND heat gear then I get what he's saying.

yeah i read somewhere that he has been sporting a bunch of ND stuff....nd gloves at football, clothing etc

Not boring. But that the Irish Invasion, which he attended, did not have many DL there.

Being real though, do we have a shot? He is from PBG, so I assume Coney and Studstill (and possibly Carter if we land him) should be in his ear about ND.
