with the game being in late november might it not be better to hold off on the release to say early november and then try hit the christmas gift buying season then?

If you hold off to November and Let's say ND drops 2 or 3 games, the excitement will be gone.. As a marketer, you need to release them when interest is highest and that is always in fall camp

I think that was the game against Michigan in 2011, not a shamrock series game. I hated everything about that game except the jersey. They looked nice.

I liked the jerseys they wore against USC in 2007 too.

The ND / UM games of '11-'13 were the "Under the Lights" series games. The green shoulder pad striped jersey with green letters was from '11. Both teams were Adidas then and they had their hand in marketing the "series".
