They do have Weishar listed as 240 in the program!

Thinking about it,

  • Man we have a ton of big tight ends!
  • Boykin has unbelievable measurable! WOW! Double WOW!
  • There are all kinds of strength gains on the team; I have been hearing this for a while. But Joe bench pressing 400, is maniacal! Brain meet (meat) braun!
  • Don't look now but Jerry is listed as 6'7" tall. Can you imagine what they can do with the middle against teams with a shorter QB, or against field goal and extra point teams?

I wonder how much of this years impressive strength gains are due to the new blood in our strength program. And I wonder how much of the extra individualized attention is making a difference with marginal players shooting upward in performance?

really hate to hear Hill is gone. I was hoping he became a will linebacker once JO graduated.

I just cannot believe how stacked our front 7 will be...especially if Grace starts at Mike...WOW

My ideal front 7

Trumbetti Day Jones Romeo

Jaylon Schmidt JO

Very intrigued with Blankenship at 270+ and Randolph up to 255.

It is good to see all the weight gains. Shumate is at 226 now? Holy shit. That's entering the linebacker weight range.

Heres to an injury free fall camp

To recap:

OL should be nasty
Corners are lockdown
LB is loaded and still learning
DL has depth, looking for playmakers
WR is stacked
RB makes staff comfortable
S Redfield looks better
ST ?

Alize is jacked and will not RS
Boykin is testing off the charts, so maybe he'll see some PT

and the most important excerpt:

"We can split out Smythe or Alize and still have 2-3 TE sets". That's right, we're looking at 4-5 TEs on the field at the same time. About to go full on beast mode with our TEs.

Over/under 9 TDs between all of our TEs this year? That would be the most we've had....ever maybe?

I'm curious to see how well Blankenship carries the weight. He should be fine with his length but his legs may take some time to adjust. That's a good amount of weight in a short period of time.

I really hope Gilmore can improve his hands. If he's added as much power as he has weight and can use his hands to control offensive linemen, he'll be hard to handle.
