Wiltfong still think he ends up at TCU and sources around Smith continue to indicate he will stay in the south.
Fine with me. His arms are too short anyways. Bullet dodged.

A nit to pick...Kansas isn't in the south.
Does anyone think we have a good chance at taking him?
Will do.![]()

Is Texas?
I think we all know what was meant with the "staying south" commentary; semantics aside.
You're right, but personally, when I hear that a recruit wants to play in the south. I think SEC or maybe ACC. I don't think Texas.

So when someone is trying to communicate that a kid from Kansas is most likely going to play in Texas, I think they could have picked a better phrase.
Any real chance we pick this kid up?
Or just a hat on a table...?
TCU still the leader but change in offensive philosophy there could make this interesting for others. Wants to OV to Auburn now bc they want him to replace Robinson. Source still thinks he ends up in a warmer climate but really anything could happen. Wiltfong sticking with TCU for now.

Italics missing?
Top100 OL Braden Smith is also one of the nation's top athletes. Recently ran 4.69 & repped 575lbs three times
thats like 1.5 times the average weight of your typical Alabama fan
Squats right? If thats Bench Press I will shit myself!
He's a freak athlete monster.
Could he be a TE at ND?
