i don't understand how kids cancel these trips so quickly and close to their arrival time.

a trip across country is usually pretty expensive usually atleast a few hundred bucks and i'd have a hard time eating that when I was in high school

e'll probably get hit with a $50 "change" fee, but he wouldn't eat the cost of the ticket if he reschedules his flight.

alot of these kids rely on their "handlers", guys who organize their 7 on 7 teams and generally take care of the logistics for getting these kids around. It's often them who makes the decisions about when they can travel, not the kids themselves..

Very good point and we should all recognize who Caleb's is, the one and only "DB Guru" Tony Perry. He's obviously having a major say in what's going on here. Not saying that is or isn't why he made the trip but it is what it is.

Truly a useful piece of information!

I never thought about how much is dictated to these kids. Send any other tidbits to the intellectually starving. Kind of takes the onus off of these kids for being flaky, and it also negates the bagmen even having to have contact directly with these kids, when you think about it!

Hey Lucky, could you elaborate on this?

Huge news. Once the II trip fell through, I was worried a campus trip wouldn't happen until maybe an official visit. Staff has done a great job this year in getting guys from Florida and California to visit on their own dime.

Best thing that can come out of this is a planned return for an official. Big news.

Scout: visiting the 23rd or 27th. Staff told him he could be like Jaylon in formations, he likes the freedom he has seen Jaylon have. Michiah Quick and Tee Shepard have told him to visit ND.

says a great deal about the those two men's character and the impression ND had on both of them.

You ever notice how many times ND is on the top of the..."No particular order" lists?

BTW, LOOKS like an ND guy.

*** Also, Michigan almost didn't make it... they are trending down, way down from his graphing.

I'll say ND is a lock because of the prayer symbol at the end.
