He is still on his OV and not officially an EE yet. Semantics, but we will change it when it's offical.

Probably for the best, though at least it wasn't all that bad and sort of complimentary. Anyway, glad to see JT and Hoge are at school! Adding Coney to the list is just as great to hear as well! Still haven't seen anything on Micah Dew arriving yet though. Looking forward to his arrival as well.

In a way I compare Jerry's recruitment like Jimmy Clausen's. Didn't Pete Carroll call Jimmy days before he was supposed to enroll at ND and Jimmy told him his bags were already packed? LSU came calling for Tillery and he said no thanks. Glad Tillery is apart of this class. Both Jimmy and Jerry telling their home state schools no thanks to attend ND.

Not really at all but I kind of see what you are saying. I think there was a ton of local pressure and maybe family pressure to attend LSU but Jerry picked his dream school.

Whatever the ratio (and while board sentiment may have been 50-50, the doubters, as usual, tended to make more noise), Tillery will be that rare recruit to have 1,500+ posts in his thread on Signing Day and still wind up Irish.
