By how much does Davaris not finishing effect the grad rates? In the off chance that something changes and KVR, Ishaq, and Hardy don't come back, how does that change the grad rates? Moore will still graduate in May correct, so obviously that shouldn't change anything.

Right. I'm not including him. I'm talking about the others. It could just be DD, but on the off chance that the others end up not returning as well, then how does the loss of 1 player up to 4 players change ND's grad rates? (I know KVR and Ishaq have expressed interest in coming back, but that won't be 100% certain until they really are back...similar to Everett.)

Just means we'd fit a little better with the rest of the top 5.

So below is a podcast that is hosted by Toryan Smith and Brian Smith. This week they had Kap on. I haven't listened to it yet but thought some might like to see what these guys are doing. UNC recap, FSU preview, and Kap.

The ACC is so weak in football. I'm not scared of any of those teams. FSU is the obvious powerhouse, but Winston will be gone and who knows what will happen w/ that program if the NCAA steps in.

ND has Texas, Georgia, OSU, A&M, along with USC, MSU, and Stanford on future schedules. It's easy to complain about the schedule, but it isn't exactly murder's row. And having a high SOS will help keep ND in the playoff race (even with one loss as we're seeing this year). '15 and '16 should be big, big years for the IRISH.

I don't get too caught up in schedules because every year there are plenty of surprise teams and teams that don't meet expectations. Then the SoS projected at the beginning of the season doesn't come near matching what is really happening.

Championships are won as much in the schedule making and recruiting as on the field imo...

Michael Floyd interview just on ESPN. Kinda awkward questions. Did not know he was half Mexican.

Michael Floyd ... Did not know he was half Mexican.

I'm half Irish. The question could be awkward. The question could be stupid. The question could be incredibly, racially skewed/screwed. The question could be (imagine!) bogus. The question could be intended as inflammatory.

Pride.

Lol. I should have separated my thoughts better. I felt overall it was an awkward interview with random questions.

But in one part (name three things people don't know) he mentioned he was half Mexican. Which I didn't know. And, yes, he said it with pride.

didn't quite know where to post this but I did some research looking for answers this weekend due to after the game for the first time ever my confidence in Kelly was shaken. (forgive me if someone has already discussed). Kelly is 23-6 at home, 10-3 neutral site 10-3, and true road games 11-8. 3 of those road losses were by double digits. if you remove the 2012 season we are 7-8 on the road under Kelly. those wins are not quite the top of the heap either. on the flip side he building a fortress at home, since year 2 he is 19-3 and since 10-22-2011 we are 17-1 at home. I am not sure if it means much or anything but it would seem something is wrong with getting things going on the road. obviously they know more than we do but perhaps a change in preparation is needed. with all the being said I am full confident in these last 2 home games being W's. hopefully we can figure something out prior to SC. ultimately as I wasted an hour of my life I will never get back figuring this out, it has restored my faith that the program is going in the right direction. the 3 coaches between Kelly and lou couldn't event sniff the success on the field and in recruiting Kelly is enjoying.

GO IRISH!
