Not sure what to make of it. Yes, his source was wrong (at least about them being cleared Monday). But that site is still sticking up for him, so this guy must be solid. Not sure what it means, but he posted it in the same 'breaking news thread' so wanted to share.

He is a pretty solid poster. Not someone who brings bullshit just to get attention. His source was wrong about Monday, but there have been others echoing his sentiment as well. There is definitely someone from inside the program whispering good-sweet-nothings into people's ears.

I believe it. No one would be sticking up for him at this point if he wasn't. I'll try to keep an eye on his explanation if he provides one. That sentence didn't make sense to me.

This posters source and its failure really makes sense if you are as demented as I have become with this :

Maybe the professor, if it is a professor, originally agreed to drop the whole thing, and then changed his mind. Maybe he found out that there were ramifications to making these charges. So after he agreed to drop it he had a change of heart. Or maybe, there was a reason in the honor code that this could be no longer cleared without having the Council's approval. Or maybe some pimply assed, pencil necked, limp dicked attorney decided that there was too much liability for ND with the flood of rumors that basically slandered, then libeled five rather ordinary young people. (Mostly kidding. At least about the last part. I have lots of lawyers I know that don't have limp dicks. Some aren't even women. Most of them don't have pimples on their asses, but oh, the ones that do . . . )

Not sure of anything. We don't know if this would be KVR, Moore or Williams' first offense. This would be at least Daniels' 2nd strike, though his wasn't for academic dishonesty, but just failing.
