Thank God we held onto Hill and landed Morgan. Still enough LB talent from last year's class to be solid in the 4-3.

is it likely a bunch of the 14 class were told the defense would be a hybrid 4-3/3-4 but now thats not the case and its gonna strictly be a 4-3 and Sykes is seeing this and has decided to look elsewhere?

Who made it that way?

My day is fine.

This kid leaves a lot of questions unanswered.

Including, how well Greer Martini can play out of the chute.

He's bros with Hilliard and Cornell and jumped on the "shock the world" bandwagon?

All part of Core 6's grand conspiracy to screw us over.

Very confusing. Is this about scheme? Culture? Personality clash with the coaches? Crushed we didn't get Hilliard? Either way, who bails after two weeks of workouts to transfer (and presumably sit out)?

ISD is hearing it is an academic issue.

Hasn't he only been enrolled in school for a couple of weeks? How can he already have an academic issue????

Unless this is Tee Sheppard all over again... which would just be ridiculous if true.

Idk. Chris on ISD said he heard academic. I would think it would have to be a Tee situation.

He's recently followed IU's defensive coordinator and head coach on Twitter, as well as Mizzou's graduate assistant defensive coach. All are probably on the hunt already.

I can't tell if you're serious. They absolutely have those things.

This is such bullshit. How can an institution allow a kid to enroll and start taking classes and then be like... oh, hey, our bad but you didn't get into the school. I have personally hung out with Nile for a while before and he is an great kid and would fit very well at ND. He belongs there. So dumb.

They do. And, if it is an academic issue, are you really blaming the support system after a month of summer school?

You should see the ISD board. People calling for the admissions department to be fired for negligent admission. Ridiculous.

sorry i was talking about at the high school level, so that they may go on to ANY university that they desire and succeed. i know that they have those things at ND. i am just super frustrated that they let him come, only to turn around and not let him come - if this is another Tee case
