Honestly if Clark Harris Hilliard and Cornell all go to OSU I'm done until signing day.
Not sure what the big deal is. My guess is 2 of the 4 couldn't qualify for ND anyway.

That would be uber crappy if 3 big time prior alleged ND leans committed to OSU on one of NDs big recruiting weekends. It would totally detract from the weekend. Mind you, I could actually give two ishs about Clark and Cornell
I could go for an "All is well" right about now.
NDSean44: IEs shining light in the pit of darkness.I don't know where his interest in joining Clark or Harris came from, but I hope Hilliard doesn't base his decision on this. It would be a total disappointment. He is one of the few elite RKG recruits out there, and for him to go to a school that shuns the idea of taking the academic side of the student athlete seriously would be just sickening. I'd hope that his relationship with CURRENT ND commits Shaun Crawford and Elijah Taylor and actually know him in his community (In Taylor's case) would influence his choice more than a few guys that COULD follow him elsewhere. I really hope he makes the right choice and chooses the school that has worked harder to show him what he would mean to Notre Dame and what Notre Dame would mean to him.
Truly sad if ND misses out on Hilliard, but I can't let it get me down. There are plenty of other solid LBs out there in this class. Maybe not of his caliber, but definitely solid. Hopefully ND can pull off the unexpected though. I could go for an "All is well" right about now.
Package deals rarely work out.
I like Hilliard a lot and want him badly. I hope he comes, but I agree that it doesn't look good.
If we get Barajas, Billal, and Baker, though, I won't miss Hilliard.
The Killer B's........it has a nice ring to it.

I don't think he's implying that they're a package deal. He just wants to get that group together to play. Think of them as his groupies.
All the "I don't understand why [elite recruit] would choose [other elite football program] over ND is starting to get really old. I've been guilty of it in the past but it's so pointless.

Lets face it Ohio St. isn't exactly killing it in recruiting so far this year, their class is average at best.. 7 Commits so far.
It's a marathon not a sprint. Where Ohio St's class is right now, in June, means absolutely nothing. They are in the lead group on a bunch of elite athletes, and Urbie can recruit with the best of them. If im Hilliard or any recruit I'm laughing at that excuse. Their class will be fine in the end, bc they close really strong every year.
So I was optimistic til I saw this as a reply to Hilliard's tweet:

Harris using the same emoji as Hilliard. Now I'm convinced that they're all in on the joke and it'll be OSU for Hilliard. Damn.
I don't buy it. Harris is just joking around, knowing Hilliard is ND and wants Harris at ND. Harris knows this, but plays it just the opposite, that he's OSU and hopes to pull Hilliard. His polite way of saying we only play together if you flip to OSU.
