Will be recruited for any of the 4 linebacker positions

Really liked Notre Dame, mom loved it

Still open, no favorites

Notre Dame would definitely be a big offer

Haven't seen his Junior film. The 2012 film showed some real upside at LB...with a dose of Longo.

He really enjoyed his visit to ND last summer. His whole family accompanied him and they really enjoyed it as well. As of now that visit and our tradition stand out to him. Claims no leaders and he hasn't eliminated anybody yet. Hopes to have a list of six by the start of the season. Then he wants to take his officials after the season.

Was rated the #1 defensive prospect in attendance by rivals at the Las Vegas 7on7. Apparently looked really good in coverage.

Wiscy's coach's former recruiting ties paying dividends in the west it seems like with this class.

With Wiscy's success over the last few seasons they've been making recruits take notice but just can't seem to land them. They'll make some really good rb's top 3-5 but he'll go somewhere else. My sis is a UW grad so I'll always root for them against the other Big10 crap.

Maybe I should share my story from the 'Jameis Winston' thread so he knows how boring Wisconsin is to live in. Lol.

Actually, Madison itself is one of the best cities to live in, but the rest of the state is pretty awful.

honestly...i think wiscy would be #3 for me if i had to choose a new football team behind the school urban coaches just b/c i live here

Scout: looking to narrow list to 5 at the beginning of June. Those will be his 5 OVs then he will decide, possibly at the Army AA Game.

Seems like the western teams will take up 3-4 of the spots.

So, do we have a realistic shot?

I really, really hope so. I want him as bad as any linebacker and the thought of pairing him with Hilliard and Bilal seems like it would vie for best LB class signed. (depending on how Randolph & Deeb pan out)

Scout: Performed at the All Poly camp this past weekend. Performed very well, noted as a natural leader that guys look up to. Cutting to a top 5 before the start of the season and will OV to them. Invited to the Opening. 6'4, 230# and growing

Masina has been one of my big two at LB. If we can just land one of Masina or Hilliard along with Barajas and Bilal, I'll be a very happy man.

Massina, Baker, and Hilliard are my favorite 3 LB's.

I will admit though, "6'4, 230# and growing" does concern me a bit, with ND going to a more 4-3 LB approach (if his size and growth is accurate).

With that frame could end up a rush end in a 4-3.

FWIW, that Scout guy said he could easily see him at 6'4.5" and 250#. I agree it sounds like he could go into a DE, and fairly easy according to this reporter.
