How do you rape someone twice, on two different occasions in two different states? I am not in any way saying it didn't happen, but how was he anywhere near her after rape 1?

Reading between the lines, it sounds like she was more-or-less unconscious for the first encounter, which wasn't immediately reported. It sounds like she was more with it for the second encounter, which she immediately reported. It wouldn't surprise me if she didn't trust her memory on account of the drugs/alcohol for the first one... but for the second one she did, and then maybe she talked to her ex after reporting it who was like "ummm yeah they snap chatted having sex with you while unconscious...."

That's at least how I read the story. It basically sounds like roofie-acquaintance-rape but with Xanax + alcohol. It sounds like she chose not to report the first one because she wasn't really clear in her own mind at the time what happened. We'll learn more soon enough.

Never will understand why someone in his position would rape a girl.

Hell, my teammates and I were always pulling tail and we were just NAIA ballplayers. Can't imagine a 4/5 star football player at USC having too much trouble.

Dude must be all fucked up in the head.

I'm still not willing to pass judgement on the young man. Women can be very salty when their heart is broken.

But, if it is true Osa needs to go to jail and get serious help.
